1. A pix of Mom and Dad looking into each others ... eyes. They look great in this one.
2. Two year old David standin', grinnin' and fishin' along a small stream at his Grandfather's farm in Illinois (probably 1947). I'm not sure.
3. A photo of Mom and *Dad (*in his Army uniform (probably around '42) -- and one of Dad's Army buddies (don't know who he was.) I'm guessing the guy's wife or girlfriend was the one who took the picture. It was taken in San Antonio, TX.
4. Walter's Army portrait. What a great lookin' young man. He really had that All

American Hero look.

Thanks David for sharing these wonderful photos. Your mom and dad are a great looking couple, and two year old you so fun to see. I'm not Aunt Pat. I need to change my tag to Cousin Pat on this blog. I haven't quite got the nack of how to lay out the pictures with the text. It came differently than I thought I had set it up. The pictures are wonderful in any case.
Thanks David for sharing them with us. You were such a cutie. I have to comment that Uncle Walt looks a lot like Emily. I had never really noticed that until today. I always thought Lee looked different than any of the other kids, now I see a similarity.
Claudia, I had the exact same thought. He does look like Emily. I wish we had a good clear picture of her. I don't think she liked her picture taken. I don't remember seeing one. I'm glad for the one on the blog.
